All orders are shipped from our Head Office in Sydney, Australia. Please see below list for expected delivery dates.
- Australia: 4-7 business days standard shipping
- Australia Express shipping: 1-3 business days
- International : Dependent on your country but please be patient and track your order though email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Please email us at info@resortnrich.com with any details of the faults with photo evidence ASAP or within 7 days to report the issue.
Following inspection the item, Resort n Rich will either replace or refund the item in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.
If you have not received an order confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please check your junk email or spam inbox. You may have supplied an incorrect email address or there may be a technical hitch. Please let us know urgently by contacting us by email at info@resortnrich.com so we may resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Any changes are possible whilst you are still browsing. Go to your shopping cart and simply select ‘remove’ next to an item you no longer want.
If you have already placed an order, no need to panic - orders can be changed prior to dispatch, but for a small period of time only. Please contact our email support at info@resortnrich.com urgently.
