Exchange or Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not refund items for change of mind. If you purchased your items using a discount code, your store credit will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount). Store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item/s on our website.
Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition.
Please email us at info@resortnrich.com with your name, order number, reason for return or exchange . Original shipping fees will be deducted from the full purchase price along with the new shipping fees prior to return of funds.
Sale items are unfortunately final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Should your item arrive faulty for whatever reason please be sure to take photographs and email all to info@resortnrich.com so we may take care of this for you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges are always accepted, we understand sometimes a style might not suit you.. no biggie, please email us at info@resortnrich.com all details on what style you might prefer and we will have this sent out as soon as we receive the style back at our returns address and deduct shipping fees.
